About the Artist

Pan Lifeng is a student from the College of Special Education at Suihua University in China.

His paper-cutting works have been selected for the 2025 National Paper Cutting Excellence Exhibition in China. He has received awards including the Bronze Award at the 2026 Arts and Crafts Exhibition and the Second Prize at the Suihua University Innovation Design Competition.

Through combining traditional Chinese culture with creative artistic expression, Pan Lifeng represents a new generation of young Chinese paper-cutting artists.
